Return & Exchange Policy


We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products.

We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong. There are no refunds unless a defective product is received with proof.

Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging and no odor.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded.

We will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have desired size available we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange.

Once product is received at our location we will email you to complete the exchange process.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
